Brewed with Guatemala El Plataníllo Geisha beans, a 2020 Cup of Excellence Top 10 award winner. This exceptional bean features a vibrant aroma with notes of plum, dried apricot, and red fruit acidity, complemented by maple syrup sweetness and a clean aftertaste. To fully express these flavors, we used a Chemex brewer — its decanter-like shape preserves the aroma while enabling a clean extraction.

Sri Lankan black tea, chamomile, and peppermint are individually brewed and then blended together. Combined with handcrafted flower syrup and house-made coriander, cucumber, lemongrass, and pansy syrups, then mixed with sparkling water to create an iced ade. The drink is designed so that when you smell and taste it, you experience the sensation of being in a flower garden during a refreshing Sri Lankan spring.

A blend of red yeast rice makgeolli and house-made rose syrup, finished with a floating technique using plum-yuzu sparkling wine mixed with turmeric distilled spirit. Korea's fermentation culture, seasonal fruits, and handcrafted ingredients come together in a single glass, delivering a taste that transitions from spring to summer.
